Returns/Exchanges
At Adesso we want you to be fully satisfied with your order and will be glad to exchange any unused/unworn items with which you are not completely happy.
Please note that Adesso's jewelry is one-of-a-kind or limited edition, composed of unique, and often vintage, elements. If a certain component or piece is not available, we will communicate with the customer and do our best to offer a comparable item.
Adesso will provide you with a credit to be used towards your next purchase at our site given the following guidelines:

The item you wish to exchange must be returned (postmarked) to us within 14 days of the original shipping date, so as not to incur any re-stocking fees.

Any items received after 14 days will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee to be deducted from your credit.

All exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date to receive any credit (all sales final after 30 days).

No credits or refunds will be issued on used, worn or damaged goods.

Please email customerservice@adessoshop.com to process all returns. Adesso will then provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items must be shipped back pre-paid via USPS Registered Priority Mail. Items must be declared at full retail value and wrapped securely.

Credit codes are good for 90 days from date of issue.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Adesso does not offer money-back refunds on any order.

Shipping
Orders placed in our online store are shipped using USPS Priority or Express Mail depending on destination (United States, Canada/Mexico, or International) and insurance requirements. Please choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout.
All items are handmade in our Santa Barbara studio. Please allow 3 business days for orders to ship unless otherwise noted.
If you need a shipment expedited or have other special circumstances, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Adesso cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur in the USPS delivery process or the international customs process due to weather, holidays or normal processing time.

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to duties & taxes imposed by the country of destination. The payment of these fees is the responsibility of the recipient at time of the delivery. Adesso charges only for shipping costs to the final destination and is not responsible for the duties or taxes levied by customs. These duties or taxes cannot be estimated by Adesso, as this falls within the jurisdiction of the receiving country.
